WHAT IS GOLD FILLED
Gold fill is a durable, affordable alternative to solid gold. Gold fill is a thick layer of real gold pressure bonded to another metal. With correct care, gold filled pieces don’t flake, rub off, or tarnish and can last you years.
TIPS ON MAKING MY JEWELRY LAST LONGER
Store your items individually in a soft bag (included with every order ) so they do not scratch against each other
Perfumes, hairspray, lotions and other beauty products may contain harsh chemicals that can tarnish your jewelry overtime
Periodically gently wipe each piece of jewelry with a jewelry polishing cloth ( included with every order )
Do not use abrasive products to clean your jewelry

Sizing charts are included in the product description / photos
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY APPAREL
We recommend each piece to be washed in a gentle cycle inside out and air dried for longevity. Washing instructions are always included.

INPUTED WRONG ADDRESS
No problem, mistakes happen. If your order has not been shipped out, please email us immediately at ShopNastik@gmail.com with your order number, name and new address.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
All items are made to order. Unfortunately, returns and/or exchanges are not accepted unless wrong item has arrived or is damaged. Please contact us immediately via email ShopNastik@gmail.com

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations within 24 hours of placing orders are accepted. If a cancellation is requested after 24 hours, and before shipment is processed, a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Once items are shipped, cancellations are not possible.
